Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These Terms of Service apply when you use the website of Iconic Performance Garage (“we”, “us” or “our”) at ipguae.com, make an inquiry or booking, or ask us to work on your vehicle at our workshop in Al Kawakib 4 St, M33, Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

Using our website

You may use our website to learn about our services, send an inquiry or request a booking. You agree to:

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance.

Website information is general

The information on our website, including service descriptions, images and answers to common questions, is general information only. It is not advice about your particular vehicle, and it is not a quote or a binding offer to carry out work at a particular price.

Quotes and prices

The cost of work depends on your vehicle and its condition, which we can only assess properly after an inspection. Any price or quote will be confirmed to you in writing after we have inspected your vehicle. Any figure mentioned before an inspection, including by phone or WhatsApp, is an indication only.

Bookings

Booking requests made through our website or by phone, WhatsApp or email are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once we have confirmed the date and time to you. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as early as possible. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as we can.

Authorising work

We will not start work on your vehicle until you have authorised it. We may ask you to confirm your authorisation in writing, for example by email or WhatsApp. If we find further faults while working on your vehicle, we will explain what is needed, give you an updated quote and only carry out the additional work with your approval.

Parts

Before work starts, we will agree with you whether genuine manufacturer parts or OEM-quality parts (made to original equipment manufacturer standards) will be used. If an agreed part is not available, we will discuss the alternatives with you before going ahead. Any warranty on parts or workmanship will be confirmed on your invoice.

Leaving and collecting your vehicle

We will let you know when your vehicle is ready. Please collect it promptly, or contact us to agree another arrangement. We will only release your vehicle to you or to someone you have authorised, and we may ask for proof of identity before doing so.

Payment

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due when the work is completed. We will give you an invoice for the work carried out. If you have questions about your invoice, please ask our team.

Our responsibility

We will carry out the work you authorise with reasonable care and skill.

We take reasonable care to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be complete, up to date, error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on general information on our website instead of a written quote or advice given after an inspection of your vehicle.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Third-party links and services

Our website may contain links to, or content from, third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

Intellectual property

The content of our website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Iconic Performance Garage or is used with the permission of its owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Vehicle manufacturer names and trade marks mentioned on our website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including the information you send us and the cookie choices available to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The terms in force when you authorise work on your vehicle will apply to that work.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. If you have a concern, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these terms will continue to apply.
